Report an Incident

Use this form to report an incident from a recent race that you believe deserves IRB review. The IRB proactively reviews only caution-causing incidents that no driver claimed — anything else, including non-caution contact you feel was avoidable, requires a driver report to be reviewed. Per Rulebook §6.2, rulings are issued within 48 hours. Frivolous reports may themselves draw a penalty.

Incident reports are tied to your driver account so the IRB can follow up if needed. Only registered MLSR drivers can submit.
