Great Lakes Racing has officially joined the Major League Sim Racing team roster, bringing a group of newer iRacing competitors into MLSR with a focus on growth, race craft, and long-term development.
The team’s active driver lineup will feature Joseph Konen in the No. 72, Ben Castle, Anthony Shane Hatfield, and Joseph Essenberg in the No. 10. While Jared Essenberg will not be listed as one of the team’s four active roster drivers, he will remain an important part of the organization as team owner.
Great Lakes Racing enters MLSR with a different kind of storyline. The group came into iRacing around the same time and is looking to build its skills together while competing across the A Open, B Open, and C Open Series. That shared starting point gives the team a strong foundation as it works to grow inside Major League Sim Racing’s professional-style league structure.
With a full roster, a clear team identity, and a development-minded approach, Great Lakes Racing gives MLSR another organization built around commitment, improvement, and weekly competition.
