Report an Incident

Use this form to report an incident from a recent race that you believe deserves IRB review. The IRB proactively reviews only caution-causing incidents that no driver claimed — anything else, including non-caution contact you feel was avoidable, requires a driver report to be reviewed. Under Rulebook §6.2, unclaimed incidents are ruled on within 48 hours of race end. Each driver may submit up to six reports per series, per season, so use them wisely. Frivolous reports may themselves draw a penalty.

Incident reports are tied to your driver account so the IRB can follow up if needed. Only registered MLSR drivers can submit.
